5. Booking and Cancellation Policy
For workshop bookings and other services that require registration:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund
- Bush Tucker reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, a full refund will be provided
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bush Tucker makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Bush Tucker does not warrant that the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected. While we strive to provide accurate information about traditional foods, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on our website or in our workshops.
Information about edible plants and insects is provided for educational purposes only. Bush Tucker is not responsible for any adverse reactions or illness resulting from the consumption of bush foods. Always seek guidance from knowledgeable professionals before harvesting or consuming wild foods.

In no event shall Bush Tucker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
