5. Booking and Cancellation Policy

For workshop bookings and other services that require registration:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are not eligible for a refund
Bush Tucker reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, a full refund will be provided

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bush Tucker makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Bush Tucker does not warrant that the Services will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected. While we strive to provide accurate information about traditional foods, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on our website or in our workshops.
